Jacob brings over 15 years of healthcare experience working in private offices, well-known hospitals, consulting firms, as well as international coding companies. Jacob specializes in Evaluation and Management (E/M) auditing, Risk Adjustment, operational risk reduction, and leadership development. Jacob has maintained a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification with the AAPC since 2010 and later went on to achieve his Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), and Certified Evaluation and Management Coder (CEMC) certifications. Jacob is currently an AAPC Approved Instructor and SAFe 5 Practitioner. Additionally, he is an AAPC National Advisory Board (NAB) member and co-chairs the Career Advancement committee.
